Guy says its a vendo 81, which I understand it isn't, looks to me to be a fairly early ST though.

What is it??

Yep! It's A Transitional 81... If all the parts are there it's worth that.....Keep it as a ST or
find a gutted RT and you'd have everything you'd need to restore it.

I thought the transitional had a coin door? I think its says Vendorlator on the bottom left also.

This is a later model transition machine. They did the protruding coin door machines and this was the next model for Vendorlator before they went to the standard square tops. I have had a few of these. All of the mechanical machines I have parted out. They are worth six times their value in parts. The coin mech, bottle stack, linkage, cooling system, shelves, and bottle door all fit the round tops. If I were you I would buy this machine and find a gutted shell of a V81 and you have a cheep complete machine. Or sell the parts and make some extra money to buy a machine that you really like.
