I have a chance to pick this up, It's an older Gum Machine, not sure the exact workings of the machine, but could be cool restored...
Any input on this, price range for this condition? it's complete and operates on a Nickel.
Guy is open to offers, but suggested 150.00 which is too high I think...

THanks

I see them appear quite regularily on Ebay and the $150.00 mark is about right.
Have seen restored ones fetch close to $300.00...

Nice but not the best looking wall vendor.

It's a 5c gum machine from the fifties made by  Superior MFG. Co. of Evanston, Il.  The machine holds two packs of regular stick gum, one flat gum, like Dentyne or Trident, and one box like chicklets or Clorets.

Lately they've been running around $200.00 - $250.00 for a complete one.  One guy has been selling a few N.O.S., still in the box, for much more.  I think it was an outrageous price.  I don't remeber, but he had, so far, two or three of them.  He sells them every few months, or at least he did.

I bought one for $125.00 and one for $150.00.

The one that you are showing is a little rough.  I'd say $100.00 - $125.00.  As long as it has the gum weights.  My weights are missing.
