Hi everyone,

I am the proud owner of a Vendo V90 and a Vendo V528.  A good friend of mine just inherited a rough but restorable Vendo F 39 B.  I have given this machine a quick look over and I can see that it immediately needs some TLC with the wiring as it is all crispy and broken.  Does anyone have a wiring diagram of this machine so that I can rewire it and see if it works for my buddy?

Also, the relay block (AC Delco part number H W S & O) is dirty, but doesn't appear to be burnt in any way.  Does this part fail?  Or should I just clean up the contact screws?

Looking forward to hearing from anyone who can help me.

Thanks.

Hi Steve - Welcome...

Sorry don't have a wiring diagram but someone here will have...

I was going to suggest getting a harness from one of the sponsers... Its probably a little more expensive but so much easier to do. All the wires you need are provided... That way they are all replaced and you cansit back in comfort knowing that the thing is less likely to catch fire.

Thanks for the diagram.

It was mentioned that buying a new harness might be the smartest, which I agree with.  Suggestions as to who is the best to deal with?

Funtronics is on the east coast, Sodajerks on the west coast. Both offer great
service.

You do not need a new harness if you are planning on using the original relay as it serves as a harness.
Simply replace the wiring with 16 guage wire...line cord, new fan and t-stat...
If your relay is shot, you will need to buy a new harness and 3-1 relay.
