I'm thinking ticked off girlfriend/wife, or poor idea of a joke.
I'm also thinking if it was closer I'd  have been on the phone already making an offer, just in case.

I asked for more info and the lady posting the ad told me she has already recieved an offer for eight-hundred dollars. She is now holding it until the week end for that individual. Well, it was too far away from me anyway.
