It's amazing what a little paint will do!   drinking  Everything works and now I can enjoy it.  Thanks for everyones' help.

Wow that looks great! Is this your first. I love the way those Westinghouse machines look. Its too bad they are so darn heavy.

Yeah! that's more like it! fresh paint really make the machine jump! Josh, I know they're heavy little buggers, but they are one of my favorite models, and it ( the MD series) shows the evolution of the multi select design of soda machines from the single flavor, to the pre-select "select-a-matic" knobs, and then to the post select push-buttons, these machines sort of rang in the death-note of the slant shelf vendors, kind of sad & kind of neat)
