Newbie here....  help I have a Vendo 63 that cools down to 22degrees. Is there a way to set this a bit higher? And if so, how?

You should adjust the thermostat - usually mounted on the evap coils inside the machine.
I don't know which type you have - some had a knob and others you need a screwdriver.
Turn it all the way one way and you will turn off the lower fan and compressor. The more you turn it in the other direction, the colder it should get.
