Check with eBay user crackerjack - I bought some original locks, a pocket mech tester, and some other stuff off of him. He mentioned in an email that his father used to service Vendo Dairy Vend machines from the 50's - 60's for Tropicana.

I just realized this looks like the same machine pictured on the from of my service manual...
