     This machine is 25 miles from me, in Thousand Oaks. My shop
is in Ventura which may be who he is describing in his auction.

     The devil in me wants to e-mail him and say I will bid on his
machine only if he provides the 5 missing shelves. He comes here
buys my shelves and then I get them back when I win the machine  help

Its either compulsive buyers or the guy is bidding on his own auction to raise the price. That machine is worth 250 tops. Its missing shelves and needs some heavy cleaning.
