I forgot to add it has a water fountain on the side. Not sounding good so far.

I don't see the fountain. 
I would try less than $200 since it is only one selection and doesn't have a light up sign.

I told him to try to get 200 for it and if he cant I would give him 125. I think he removed the fountain when I told him over the phone it wasnt helping the sale.
