Saw this machine on eBay and thought it was an interesting transition mahcine.  Is this machine rare?

Not all that rare. Great parts machine. Just a little more valuable then the later machines. It may not get they $600.

You are correct.  It didn't get a bid the first time, but it did sell at $600 the second.  Interesting looking machine.  I may have to look for one that is close to me.  Thanks, Ross.
