It appears to be a Heintz "Gullwing".  There is a link to one in the soda machine section.

So what are they asking for it  ?

missing the cap catcher at the bottom I don't think anyone repros
it anymore.... thin metal I had one.. check it out in person before you buy it.... from the fories they are cool...

Ha! no... wish... just one I ran across on the web so you all could get a better idea of what they look like.... Mine looked about like the
one offered... but not as much rust..... I got it for $75... traded off to
Randy in Ozark for Vendo 39 parts...
