Hi folks,

I keep a gumball machine in the office (filled with DARK CHOCOLATE M&M's  ':p' ), and a fellow worker asked if I'd be interested in a parking meter.  Apparently his father worked with the town many moons ago and bagged four of these old meters.

Not really my cup of tea, but can anyone bring me up to speed on this one?  There is surprisingly little info on the net on these things.

Thanks,
Bob

That is one old meter!
I don't think I have ever seen one like it.
I like it though.
Sorry I can't help you Bob, but I am probably more in the dark about it than you.

Thanks Tom.

One interesting feature is that (dirty) circular window on the left always displays the last coin inserted.  Maybe to discourage slugs?

Bob

I'd be interested in one too if there are any left over.
