Bought a nice 56 last year for $800... Couldn't get it loaded fast enough.... That's all the help I can give in comparing prices.... If you get it under a grand you are doing well...

Ive seen nice B's sell anywhere from $1,500.00 to $2,200.00. They dont pop up to much around here seems like all we have in the midwest is D models.

Yeah $1,500 would be a fair deal. Thats the only one I need for a complete collection of Coca Cola 81s

The B and C do have a difference. The C was painted solid red so it needed no holes drilled through to attatch the stainless steel strips dividing the red from the white top.

These actually exist? Why would they go back from the clean new look "white top" to a solid red again?

I think so. The 81 is going to a good frined. We worked out a deal for one of his 56. The 56 is complete just needs restoration. I got a great deal for it 1/3 less of what I paid for my first one. The 96 I think will not stay with me long. Its nice, missing a couple of small pices. Let me know if any one interseted. Send me a PM.

Welcome aboard akcargill, The non electric model books for 425.00 and the electric model books for 525.00 in complete average condition. Book values are based on Jeff Walter's 3rd edition of classic soda machines. Both of these coolers are being reproduced. There is also a Vendo Jr avail. with a coin mech. tower on top and these are worth approx. 800.00 I hope this helps.
