This looks like a full sized cabinet, although I never saw tempest in a woodgrain cabinet...  Whats so mini about this?

JCPenny is carrying a cabinet game for $400 has several games in it
(no Galaga '<img'> ) It's about 4.5 feet - 5 feet tall.....  now if it had Galaga...

That is a cabaret cabinet. so it is not as big as the full size cabinet.  Not sure on the exact dimensions, but cabarets are smaller.

Yep, it's a cabaret.   It's pictured on the KLOV Tempest page.  KLOV is a good source for arcade information.  The only good comparison pic that I can find is below.  It will be a little different in sizes since Galaga is a Midway cabinet and Tempest is an Atari cabinet.  (It's a pre-production mock-up photograph, which is why these look different than the "real" Galaga's.)

Cool info.. I've tried to stay away from KLOV, for the simple fact that I may get into trouble there... But the time has come for me to start looking into games '<img'>
