Well the sign I want to bid on has now had 7 bids. Still a day to go.
Hope nobody (non member) has picked up the idea of bidding from the messages here.

I think I'll wait to the last seconds and throw my bid on the heap and hope to come out on top.

The problem with tracking an item for days on end is that you start to plan where its going to go
and convince yourself that you already have it, only to be sniped at the very last seconds.

Keep your fingers crossed for me. I now really really need that sign.

It has 7 bids but only 3 bidders. someone just kept bidding a little at a time to see what the other persons high bid was. (might even be the seller.) You have to get this sign Dave. That is one of the best looking signs I have seen. I can't wait to go home in December so that I can bring my Coke clock back with me. Things are so hard to find here. By the way Dave how much do you normally pay for a step down transformer to run US made products over here? I will need to buy one for my clock.

Hi Josh

Transformers - I normally buy large transformers which allow me to run
two items at a go. The last one was rated at 1000VA and cost me about £50.00. To run a clock I would imagine you will be able to pick up something from Radio Shack for about $10.00. I can pick you up one here but not sure whether it will fit the plugs in the far east.

As for the sign, My worst fears have, I think been confirmed with the latest bid.

so the bid is at $53.00 , what is that US dollars... I figured about half? so $100 bucks??? if so that 's a steal.. it's still worth 400-600 I'd say.

GO for it!! Good luck '<img'>
