Whats a non working Ms. Pacman worth? It sounds like it may be a display problem..

It appears to be in pretty good shape and it does sound like a monitor issue.  Since it is playing blind you at least know that the board is not totally dead.  I would say about $300 (maybe $400).  You can buy a new monitor for $179 at Arcade Shop Amusements.
