I sold Creighton some a few years ago, but I can't remember what denominations I sold him. I think the dime and quarter, which are what is for auction here.
These are test token / slugs that service reps used to fine-tune the NRI slug rejectors. You would adjust the deflectors and separators on the rejector to reject these tokens, but accept the authentic nickels, dimes and quarters.
I see them every now and then usually by this seller.
