Nice, I'd install a port, check/locate any leaks, install a new filter dryer, pull it down into a deep vacuum & recharge it with hot-shot 414A/B at 80% of the original charge by weight. & you should be good to go!

as a side note, this will tickle you, a local refrig' guy was cleaning out his old garage & gave me a full 20# jug of R12! it Xmas in August!
