I need some help finding a coin mechanism for a Westinghouse WB-78 machine.  Can anyone give me some direction?

Welcome to the site! Sure, any single-price 120 volt coinmech will work so long as it has the 8-pin "jones" connector on it, a coinco S75-9800/B model will do nicely. or a MARS 6800 series...
