Here's an answer to those "what's it worth" questions. Put it up for auction and see what people are willing to pay! An unrestored 7up 81 is worth exactly $4250.00

Congrats on the sale Glen. You had a killer machine in great shape, that brought what I feel a great price for you the seller, and the buyer. I picked up the VMC 81 Pepsi today on ebay lots of high end machines have been coming out of the woodworks the last couple of months. Hopefully in the next few months a few more will come along.

The world of online auctions has spoken and 4250.00 it is. I still think that is a little low for that caliber machine. But thats it.

That is a good machine (Pepsi 81.) I had been watching it to see where it went. I am helping a friend restore one. It is at the painters right now. Maybe one day I will be able to talk him out of it.
