Hello

Here is an inside picture.

This machine is set up for cans but you can see it was bottles in the past. The bottle opener has been removed & it has a tag that says "Place pop tops here".  5 selection.

Hello

A little more information.

This machine has been repainted in the past from Coke Red to Pepsi Red/While/Blue. The coin door appears to have been cut & repaired at the time of the repainting. The tag has been removed.

I  just installed a new thermal disk inside the compressor pecker head to get it running. It is currently holding 40 degrees.

Now to get the vending area running.

Soon I will be able to make the V-63 a full time Red Bull Machine & this big boy can vend sodas at work.

Hello

I conducted a test this afternoon.

The refrigeration system is still holding 40 degrees.

I tested the vending system operation. I installed the coinco from the work V-63, dropped in 50 cents, held down the empty switch & the machine vended on four of the five switches.

Now I need to get the lock situation straight. I need one T-handle lock for the main door. I think I can find one on Ebay. The second lock  holds the main door & the second money  door closed together.  This lock is a long barrel bolt type.
This lock is used so that the machine can be serviced without access to the coin changer.  This machine is a far different beast that our normal machines.

Plus  I need to get two light ballests, two starters, two light bulbs.

I hope to have this machine in operation next week. Now I wonder when canned sodas will go on sale again.

Wow, I bet it took a lot to move that thing. My 224 weighs +300lbs,  I bet that machine is even heavier. Would you believe they made one that could hold 450 cans? God help the people who have to move one of those around!

I was going to say I thought it was a Choice Vend, but I've been beat to the punch.

Hey

Great news on the T handle!

I  will post some more pictures on Wednesday. I have taken the big Choice Vend apart. I will be installing two new upper fan motors, new t-stat, new condensor fan motor & a new wiring harness. I may have to make some electrical adjustments to the wiring harness.
