hi i have a newer style dixie narco 440 i just had it delivered and  when i powered it up it wont cool the product but the pipe that goes in the condenser freezes and gets ice all around it   if you know what the problem is then let me know by email at March3193@aol.com thanks in advance

Sounds like the evaporator fan isn't blowing air up to the product, really common failure, cheap fix, about less than $20.00 to replace it yourself. (PS; FYI...it's not condenser, that's down in the bottom next to the compressor. )

Just had a thought if the fan's working and the rear rows of coils (vertically) are getting cold/frosty then maybe it's just a plugged evap coil/fin assy. it won't get good and cold if the fan can't pull air across the chilled coils!
