Machine looks really neat. What condition is it in? Is it 100% complete and operational?

Also, maybe a few more pictures including the inside would be nice. Thanks!

I'd like to get it, & I sent  a PM , but no responce so far, I can only think of forward air to get it from Califonia to Michigan.
