Got the parts from Eric installed. Its running now. Gonna wait a little while and see if it stays running and how cold it gets.

Dang...that sucker got cold. But the compressor never cut off. That thermostat may be bad or the wiring is not right.

  I have the cap catcher but not the back panels. I may have something that you could modify for the panels.

Great!....how much for the cap catcher? As for the back panel, I had already planned to just make a new one from scratch,but if you had one I was gonna go that route to save time.
