':cool:' Thanks for the help.  I got home today and removed the slug rejector... put it in some boiling water with a few drops of dish soap... waited for a bit... dried it off... adjusted the undersize detector (the pointy little thing on a thin metal strap)?... lubricated the moving parts... and BAMM!  It works.  

I still can't believe how much pleasure I get from these small victories...  '<img'>

Good job!! It is a joy to bring those back to life. Carefull about any oil in the coin paths.

Yeah, I'm a pretty simple guy too!  Small victories like that will make my entire week regardless of whatever happens.......even cleaning up broken glass from a rock throwing lawnmower! ':p'
