Couple of questions on the VMC-77 that I just picked up.
- When were they made? There's no info on this machine here at soda-machines nor at colamachines.
-Both my VMC machines had a model tag plus another tag. What is this 2nd tag? This is the tag marked as PH 3773 in the picture below.

Usually the second tag is the tag from the bottler who owned the machine. The way I usually tell the date on the square corner is by looking at the maker mark on the galvanized metal of the inner liner, it usually has a date on it.

I think that only works for Vendo's and not for Vendorlators. And it doesn't apply for Vendo's made after 1960. At least that is what I have been told.
