I wasn't gonna paint my machine at all, but I saw that home hardware has black heatproof paint on special for bbqs. Can I use this on the compressor ?  are there any bits I shouldn't get paint on ? (copper lines, power, etc)

SM - I can't find the link but there was another discussion on this very topic (I may have even started it by asking the same question '<img'>).  I was basically told that you could paint everything (if you want).  Other than the fact that the compressor and condensor get hot, so high temp paint should be used, what gets painted and what color is personal preference.
