Iīve recently bought a Vendo 83. The seller didnīt knew if itīs working correctly. The question is...is it wise to plug it in whitout controll from an electrician?

Another problem is that Iīm living here in Sweden where we have 220 volts...what will happen if I give the machine some power?

Hi Safta,
welcome to the forum. You need a transformer to reduce the voltage from 220 to 110, otherwise you will destroy your compressor. I am sure you can buy a transformer in Sweden.
Hope you will get one.

Ok, thanks for the quick answer!

Do you think that I should change the wires aswell? (theyīre original)

Yes, I would change the wires. Back to the transformer - I bought a transformer 2 years ago in Germany for about 80,- Euro.

safta, welcome to the forums! I love it when we have international members here. You'll soon see that we are all like a big family here. Stick around and get comfortable.

And I'm very glad that you asked here before plugging the V-83 in. Good thinking.
