I am the proud owner of a V-63 and have been using the machine for about 2 years; recently my coinco changer (BL0410-807) has stopped working. I could never get it make change, accept dimes or quarters, basically I have had it set for .10 and using two nickels. Now the unit just lets the nickels pass through to the change slot and humms a lot. Any help would be appreciated in getting this unit working again and possibly accepting all coins and providing change.

I would try cleaning first but post a picture so everyone can look at your changer.
