Hi friends,
This may be old news, but it was new to me, so I thought I'd pass it along. I was pleasantly surprised to see Bag-In-A-box at Sam's Club the other day. I snapped the photo with my Treo 650 smartphone.

Is that a  bag of syrup in a box...?

As for the phone, technology in your pocket can be nice at times... '<img'>

BIB (Bag-in-Box) is soda-syrup use in post- mix type soda-fountians at Mcdonalds, & all your other fast food joints & gas sations, quicky-marts, etc. as opposed to Pre-mix (stainless steel Tanks) FYI '<img'>

Well I happened to be near that Sam's Club today, so I swung in to see how many gallons of syrup the box holds and it is 5 gallons!! People with post-mix soda fountains (like mine) often unsuccessfully talk their local Coca-Cola bottler into selling syrup to them, so this is cool.

On the shelf in the photo, they had:
Coke
Diet Coke
Sprite
Barq's rootbeer
Vanilla Coke
Mello Yellow
and even that cherry flavor that is for making those frozen Cherry Cokes!

Pretty cool!

Here's my machine:

The only problem is I think you have to be a dealer or have a vending license to buy the syrup from Sams. I thought about buying a soda machine one once for my apartment when I lived in FL because my place is where everyone hung out. They told me that they wouldn't sell it to me. Oh well that is when I bought my first machine.

Never thought of the wine route! I have no idea. Interesting thought though.
As you could probably see from the photo, mine is in the "lobby" of my large dedicated home theater.

Yea thankfully I have access to a Licence to buy it from anyplace or directly from coke, Only glitch is even your local Coke bottler dosent carry " all flavors" just the most popular. One that they DONT carry is Caffine free Reg coke( which I want) and they wont order it either( fill in swear word and laughing slightly at cokes languishing sales recently). So to wiggle my way around that I also have another contact in the food industry and he is checking if they can order Caff free coke in their list. I can get fresica, caff free Diet and all kinds of sprite, and Minuit made If I recall all local and a few others by calling coke's 800 number. But For now Its all about getting the caff free Reg. yes Mark Nice setup Me Likey, me likey a lot ''  Im gonna start to snap some pictures of My setup this week and will post. Seeing peoples stuff is cool ':p'

Hi guys,
For any of you new to post-mix dispensers and who may be interested in setting one up,
here are a few sites with very good info:
