have a D Narco S-ll - D  9 Sel. 501E/600E machine that at times jams on the 16.9 oz water bottle dispensing. have tried different rods sizes and settings on the rod that hold the bottles in place before dispensing. any ideas out there?   '<img'>  '<img'>

Try loading your bottles in a staggered load in the rack, it helps with soft plastic bottles of water. '<img'>
