Thanks everyone for your earlier responses.  The coin mech was a mars electronics.  I took it out and plugged it back in and it started to work.  It vends for 40 cents.

Now to my question, I was able to change the bulb in the bottle chute without any trouble.  How do I change the bulb in the front sign?  Do I take the front sign off somehow?  or Does it need to be done from the front?

The sign is held on by 6 screws. When you open the coin door there are 3 screws under the sign. Then open the main door, and three more screws hold the top of the sign.
