Title: Evaporator Post by: jasmine64 on November 04, 2005, 11:08:37 am How do i remove the evaporator from the cav 22 chest without damaging anything? It still wont run. Everytime I move the chest something else stops or starts working.

Title: Evaporator Post by: jasmine64 on November 04, 2005, 02:16:30 pm Not yet Josh, I'm planning on taking everything out and placing it on the work surface to see what all it needs to get it working.
I know it needs coolant, and new fans and fan motors. Title: Evaporator Post by: MoonDawg on November 04, 2005, 02:23:33 pm
Follow the copper lines and wires from the compressor up. Remove covers and sheet metal until the evaporator is exposed. Main caution would be to AVOID kinking copper lines.
